You grant Little Pad’s Stash a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

Loyalty scheme

Our loyalty scheme allows you to collect points on your purchases, earn rewards and redeem them against your future orders. In order to collect points you must create an account and be logged into your account when you make your purchase otherwise points can not be added.  Points can not be collected after a transaction has already taken place.

Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Gift Vouchers

Once purchased, an eGift Card will be sent via email. You or the recipient will not receive a physical card or voucher. eGift Cards are excluded from offers and discounts. Payment will be taken upon purchase, regardless of the start date selected. The recipient of the eGift Card must have a valid email address. It is the buyers responsibility to enter the email address details correctly. Little Pad's Stash will not be held responsible for incorrect email addresses as there is no way to reclaim the eGift Card once it has been sent. Once an order has been placed, we can not change the receiver's email address, cancel or issue as refund for your eGift Card voucher. The  value of the recipient's purchase will be deducted from the eGift Card and the remaining balance can be use against future orders. If the order exceeds the balance of the eGift Card, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. eGift Cards are for use within the UK only. Vouchers and eGift Cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. Purchases made using an eGift Card or voucher are subject to our normal terms and conditions. The eGift Cards will expire after 5 years from purchase. If an eGift Card is lost or used without permission, it will not be replaced or refunded under any conditions so please keep the details safe until it has been used.  Little Pad's Stash has the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the eGift Card at any time. If the company (Little Pad's Stash) ceases to exist, refunds will not be given on unused eGift Cards.

Applicable law

By using this website, you agree that the laws of the UK, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Little Pad’s Stash and you, or its business partners and associates.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Little Pad’s Stash and its affiliates and hold Little Pad’s Stash harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Little Pad’s Stash is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Little Pad’s Stash reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. This Agreement is an understanding between Little Pad’s Stash and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
